Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from King Cyrus Clothing Company. If you're not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email us at info@shopcyrus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size of the same item, email us at info@shopcyrus.com with your request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
